Community of Practice on institutional transformation of HEIs
| This service serves as community where members can collaboratively address challenges, exchange insights on innovation, provide advice and guidance on methodology and work towards institutional transformations. By connecting a wide array of stakeholders, CoPs foster a culture of continuous improvement and support HEIs in better aligning their strategies with regional, national, and European innovation goals. For attachments to be published on the website, see the Facilitators’ Booklet. |

Experience
| APRE has significant experience in designing, activating and facilitating Communities of Practice (CoPs) to support institutional change in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), particularly in the context of Horizon Europe projects. In the CATALISI project, APRE plays a central role in fostering a community of practice gathering different experts and practitioners engaged in institutional transformation processes. Beyond CATALISI, APRE is involved in several Horizon Europe projects (e.g. FOODCOST) where it has set up communities of practices focusing on different thematic areas such as bioeconomy, food, energy, mobility, climate, science for society, etc. |
